First meeting outline

Bring your phone or laptop. We'll try things together.

1. 0:00–0:10

   Coffee & introductions

Your name, what you do, and one task you'd love to never do again.

2. 0:10–0:30

   Lightning demos

Four quick wins, about five minutes each:

   1. Taming the inbox: sort, summarize and draft replies
   2. Writing in seconds: posts, listings, emails and flyers
   3. Getting organized: messy notes into a clear plan
   4. Everyday life: meal plans, trips and comparing options
3. 0:30–0:45

   Hands-on try-it time

Pick a free assistant and try a real task from your own work or life. Help is on hand if you get stuck.

4. 0:45–0:55

   Swap & share

What worked, what flopped, and your best prompt or biggest "aha."

5. 0:55–1:00

   What's next
